• We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery.
• No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
• For defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, Velirella covers return shipping costs.
• For size exchanges, change-of-mind returns, or personal preference returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, production or fulfillment may already be in progress, and cancellation requests may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
