At Velirella, we believe jewelry should be worn and enjoyed with confidence. That's why every Velirella piece is backed by our 180-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will work with you to repair or replace the item whenever possible.
What Is Covered
Our 180-Day Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Loose stones caused by manufacturing defects.
- Defective clasps, settings, or closures.
- Structural defects resulting from workmanship.
- Abnormal plating issues caused by manufacturing defects.
If a covered issue is confirmed by our team, Velirella will provide a repair or replacement at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Scratches, dents, tarnishing, or fading caused by regular use.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Lost stones caused by accidental damage.
- Damage caused by improper use, impact, accidents, or misuse.
- Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cosmetics.
- Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or modifications.
- Improper storage or jewelry care.
How To Submit A Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team.

- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Approved Warranty Claims
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Velirella for inspection.
- Velirella will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If the issue is determined to be outside the warranty coverage, repair services may still be available.
Customers will be responsible for all associated shipping and repair costs.
Additional Terms
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- Velirella reserves the right to determine whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear.
- Replacement items may be substituted with the same item or an equivalent item if the original item is no longer available.
- This warranty is non-transferable.
